Remote Assistance

Our professional remote support module helps our customer connect to our technician in an easy and quick way. Please carefully read the instruction before installation, and click on the proper module logo as  instructed by our technician.


QuickSupport

  1. Click "Click to Connect" icon on the right side
  2. If the browser asks "Do you want to run or save", click Run
  3. Wait for the download to be finished and the Quick Support module will start automatically. If it doesn't, click the download to start.
  4. If your computer asks "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer", click Yes.
  5. Wait until the window "eService Quick Support" pops up, please provide Your ID and Password to our technician so they can connect to your computer and help you.
  6. After support, in the windows of "eService Quick Support", click Cancel to finish.
    Note: The Quick Support module will be deleted automatically after you click CanCel, and nothing left in your computer.

RemoteHost

  1. Click "Click to Download" icon on the right side
  2. If the browser prompt "Do you want to run or save", click Run
  3. Wait for the download to be finished and the Remote Host module will start automatically. If it doesn't, click the download to start.
  4. If the screen prompt "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer", click Yes.
  5. In the window of "TeamViewer 10 Host Setup", click Next
  6. Click Company / Commercial use, then click Next
  7. Accept the terms of the License Agreement, then click Next
  8. Wait for installation finish, then the window of "Unattended access" pop up. Click Next
  9. Set up your computer name and password, then click Next
  10. Click Finish to close installation
  11. If the windows of "Account assignment" pop up, click Allow and finish to let us look after your computer
  12. please provide your computer name and Password(in step 9) to our technician
